The only thing that bothers greatly in a TWS earphone is good battery life. So Truke has released the Truke Fit Pro Power on 30th of September. With the promise of a great battery, this one’s are also quite affordable at just ₹1299. So here’s a quick look into the specs of this fairly simple TWS earphones.

The build quality of Truke Fit Pro Power:

Although the build is fully plastic still it looks pretty premium. Even more, after opening the charging case you’re welcomed with a digital battery indicator screen. If that doesn’t scream premium I don’t know what does. Sadly on the other hand it only comes in one color — Carbon black. The matte finish on the whole body is something I love personally. Furthermore, the USB-C port is moved to the front now. There’s no carrying clip this time. The size is pretty pocketable although it’s a little heavy due to the big battery.

The dimensions of the case are 7.7 x 4.6 x 2.7 cm and it weighs around 74 Grams. The dolphin design of the earpiece is nothing new. We have already seen this in the previous versions. Likewise, the fit is not that good due to this. They need to adapt to the in-ear design asap.

Sound quality is mediocre:

Although the Truke Fit Pro Power packs 13 mm drivers inside the earpieces the sound is not that loud. For media consumption, these are pretty good. Furthermore, indoor use is absolutely fabulous. But the problem starts when you use them outdoors. Due to the air pods like the passive noise cancellation is not that great. Thus some of the ambient noise does interfere with the music. on the other hand, listening to audiobooks while you’re on the commute is comfortably possible.

Battery life of Truke Fit Pro Power:

The Power in the name is quite fitting. There’s a 2000 mAh battery in-built. Thus you can take the Truke Fit Pro Power on your long tours. For example, even with 5 days of the battery dropped only to 56%. So it can last another 4 days. Furthermore, it charges with the USB-C port present at the front of the case.

Even more, the fast charging gives you 2 hours of playback time with just 15 mins of charge in case of emergencies. In short, you can completely rely on these if you want mindblowing battery life. No more charging the case every day.

Call quality and Gaming:

The call quality is mediocre. Due to the mics being far from your lips the call-quality is not that great. But it’s doable though. There’s no connection drop or auto-unpair anomaly in the Truke Fit Pro Power.

When it comes to gaming there’s no low latency mode. But then again the price is ₹1299. So that’s forgivable. There’s a little lag in the earphone but still it’s usable. On the other hand if you’re a hardcore gamer I would recommend not to rely on these.

The final verdict: Who is it for?

The sound quality is average but the battery life is outstanding. So if you want to listen to good quality music with great instrument separation and deep bass, look elsewhere. On the other hand if you’re looking for something that lasts long reliably this is for you. For me, I am an “audiobook on the commute” person. For that Truke Fit Pro Power fits perfectly. The sound is nothing mindblowing but not trash either. But I can rely on it lasting more than a whole week. All I have to do is put it in my pocket before going out.

And that’s it for this Truke Fit Pro Power. The buying links is above likewise. So grab them if and only if they suit your purpose. Till then have a safe pandemic.
